Emile Martin, D.D.S.
After graduating from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1970, Dr. Emile Martin went on to complete his dental training at Temple University, from which he received his D.D.S. degree in 1974. Since that time, he has been in private practice in Syracuse, New York. In 1985, he participated in a three-year program on dental implantology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter B. Winkler, D.D.S.
Dr. Peter B. Winkler graduated from Syracuse University with
a Bachelor of Science degree in 1967. In 1970, he completed
his D.D.S. degree at the State University of New York
at Buffalo and three years later entered into private
practice in Syracuse, New York. In 1994, he participated
in the Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Education's
continuing education courses, levels I-IV. Dr. Winkler
is also a volunteer dentist with the organization MEDICO,
a group dedicated to providing basic medical, eye and
dental services to people in need. Dr. Winkler belongs
to the American Dental Association, the Dental Society
State of New York and Delta Sigma Delta.

Mary Jo Sciarrino, D.D.S.
Dr. Mary Jo Sciarrino graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1976 with cum laude honors. She went on for pre-dental studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo from 1977-78. In 1982, Dr. Sciarrino received her D.D.S. degree from the SUNY at Buffalo School of Dentistry with a minor in pedodontics. From 1982 to 1983, she performed her residency in general practice dentistry at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Buffalo, New York. In 1996, Dr. Sciarrino completed a postgraduate program in esthetic dentistry at SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.

Thomas Stern, D.D.S.
Dr. Thomas Stern graduated in 1974 from St. John's University
with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 1979, he received
his D.D.S. degree from Georgetown University, and that
same year he went into active duty with the United States
Army, where he remained until 1982. Later that year, he
entered into private practice in Utica, New York. In 1984,
he began private practice in Syracuse, where he continues
to practice to this day. In addition, Dr. Stern was in
the U.S. Army Reserves from 1987 to 2002.

Amanda J. Dumoff, D.M.D.
Dr. Amanda J. Dumoff graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychobiology in 2002. She then attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2006 with her D.M.D. degree. Dr. Dumoff completed her general practice residency at University Hospital at SUNY Upstate Medical University. She joined the practice of Martin & Winkler in 2007. Dr. Dumoff is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Fifth District Dental Society, and the Onondaga County Dental Society.
